You HAVE to pick it up :D seriously, it's my guide to FSOL, and for the latest releases I fell less "guided" because I don't have a Pande-review to refer to...:)

Re: wee Noel in the NME

I'm keeping on listening to Chasing Yesterday and despite your comments (and despite my feeling of "Noel treated bad AA, I hate him") I am loving it. I feel a very strong AA vibe, in the AA co-produced songs (The Right Stuff is awesom in my opinion) and also in other songs. For example Riv...

Re: The Most Important Moments in a Life - A History of FSOL

Pande, as always, you've been too kind with me :) You made (maybe uncounsciously) a pande-review for when you'll get to this album (I love your updates). Anyway I made the wrong question. The actual question was simpler: does this album contain previously released material (on cd, I don't count extr...

Re: The Most Important Moments in a Life - A History of FSOL

I have a question for you about the cd coming out with the book:
can you please tell me, for each track, if it is new or where it comes from (even if in an altered/edited version)?
Thank you :)

Re: wee Noel in the NME

Hi guys, I just started to listen to Chasing Yesterday and I have a question: are we sure that the only tracks involving Amorphous Androgynous are The Right Stuff and The Mexican? Because I can hear a strong AA feeling also in Riverman (the opening track) and also in others...

Re: Mushroom 11 Soundtrack by FSOL

Hi everyone, I just finished to download the game and when I launched it Field Of Flowers, from From The Archives Vol. 1, started. I experienced actual chills because since I started to listen to FSOL (almost two years ago) I always thought that their music is perfect for a sci-fi movie or for a sci...

Re: questions from a FSOL newbie

to Seedy and Epitome: I wanted to tell that "most of people" listen to songs and not to albums...of course we are old (but I can't stand the "shuffle" thing, an album is like a book, you can't read random pages).

Re: questions from a FSOL newbie

You could make them like albums yourself :) just burn a CDr and enjoy :) I could, of course, but I prefer to wait for their authorisation ("ok, it's an album split in three EPs"). Jokes aside, in a world of spotify and free music and "shuffle music" (almosts nobody listens to al...

Re: questions from a FSOL newbie

I have a "problem": I only listen to albums intended as such. For example, right now I am listening to The Pulse EPs (the collection that came out in 2008), and I know that is a collection of EPs, but it has been released as an full lenght by the band. When they'll do the same with other p...

Re: questions from a FSOL newbie

Hi both of you, I feel deeply sorry for having insinuated that they have been inactive in the last years. What I wanted to say is that they are relying on the 90s material, but it's obvious, they have families now, and anyway they are producing a lot. I know that there is a lot to do for the "e...

Re: questions from a FSOL newbie

Hi everyone, it's always me, the FSOL newbie (but am I newbie after two years of intensive listening?). I am of course very happy about the release of Archived 8, which i listened to just once, but I have two questions: one is silly (and I bet that noone of you knows the answers) and the other one p...

Re: questions from a FSOL newbie

Hi everyone, thank you for the answers. First, I wanted to tell you about a dream I had last night...I dreamt that I was running a Marathon (I am very sporty but never tried such a long distance), and in the air there was a music I couldn't recognize...but while running I recognized...Gaz! Gaz Cobai...
