Re: Welcome to the Galaxial Pharmaceutical v7

Wellllllllll they can fuck off. What's w3c? Also, if that's true, that's really, really terrible. Anyone who plougs ahead without thought for backwards compatibility is pretty fucking ignorant if you ask me. w3c is the World Wide Web Consortium - They're the people that define the language of the w...

Re: Welcome to the Galaxial Pharmaceutical v7

Great job man and I really don't want to dis anything on your obvious hard work in the update but just to say that the use of frames is very much a depreciated feature on a lot of browsers nowadays and may not be featured at all in future w3c compliant browsers. This mainly applies to your 'News' pa...

http://i10.photobucket.com/albums/a123/purlieu/isdn3.jpg ISDN v3 was scrapped at the last minute when Gaz decided he wasn't yet truly in touch with his feminine side, and would have to wait another six years. Wait - what ?! Heh, I've never even heard about this before - do you have any idea what th...

Re: 02/05/04 mix - anyone? (Was "Can anyone help...")

Bam - Here's the 6 Music Set Just spinning through the thing and it appears to be an interview with Gary where he's chosen various tracks, followed by a psychedelic mix. I seem to remember wiring up my freeview box up to my computer to record this and thinking this whole digital radio thing was ver...

Re: The Orb - C Batter C

It's good, but I can't say I really like it as much as the last album(s). I don't think this counts as a "new full-length album" anyway. Pretty cool what they did with the packaging for those who pre-ordered it! I agree, it's more like a very very deluxe single. Absolutely, I think they p...

Re: Loose Link Thread - Next Release: "Karramantha"

One of the main things I told people was to really cut the samples up and add your own sounds, most did that, thanks to all the remixers who joined :) Just to say that for my remix (and every remix I do for people), that I used nothing but the original samples for mine. So no additional synths, dru...

Re: Gear talk...

Well for me it's mainly just because it's a low memory/cpu footprint of a DAW that makes it my personal mastering software of choice. Also the fact that I used be be a Sony Vegas user for video production and the workflow, keyboard shortcuts and look were so similar that made it a no brainer ...
