Notes:
The album was released in a black digipack in 1994, limited to 10,000 copies in the UK and 10,000 copies in the US.

FSOL's most claustrophobic sounding album is mostly constructed from raw hip-hop drum loops and acid jazz tinges, with ambient interludes. The album was collected from live performances, then mixed into a full journey, like their other albums. Loops and sounds credited this time include John Williams and 23 Skidoo among other sources.

Gaz on the double page spread inside the sleeve:
That picture was only about a Gigabyte file size and yet such was the speed of computers in 94(?) that each alteration to it as it neared completion took about 5 minutes to enact ..... I remember waiting , and ended up staying the whole night to complete .
We had our heads digitally mapped in 3d ... The idea being to replace ourselves with fully functional 3d animated versions at some stage . The inability of the computer to deal with that picture/ one frame derailed that idea !
