Image
12" (12TOT17)

01. Dali Mix
02. Dumb Child Of Q Mix
03. Qube Mix

Notes:
The first stand-alone release by The Future Sound of London.

The 'Dali Mix' is most widely known as the 'Original 12" Mix'

A limited edition 12", as with most of their early singles, this was later featured in a series of re-releases, including in 1992, 1996, 2001 and 2007.

The 'Dumb Child of Q Mix' appears on Earthbeat. The original version, a blend of the 'Dumb Child of Q Mix' and 'Dali Mix', features on Accelerator.

The most widely known FSOL track to date, 'Papua New Guinea' is a soaring mix of ethereal vocals (Lisa Gerrard, sampled from 'Dawn of the Iconoclast' by Dead Can Dance) and breakbeats. Considered a classic of early '90s dance music, the track helped spawn "ethno-ambient", "progressive trance" and various other genre names not quite suited to the track. Nevertheless, the piece is highly regarded as a hugely influential track.
