Not sure if I'm being paranoid but that looks very ai written. Phrases like. 'Dougans isn’t just flexing technical skill; he’s setting up an album that thrives on surprise' and '“Movem´nt of Convers∆tion,” doesn’t retreat, it just shifts perspective: the drums soften, the synths stretch out, and the track opens a space for reflection without losing the pulse that drives the record.' sound very much the sentence structure/rhythm of what chatGPT spits out to me whenever I ask it a question

ChatGPT loves the “it’s not just this: it’s this” format and it always sounds utterly horrible.

Both of view are totally right: it screams AI!
Sometimes I think I'm paranoid and I am suspicious about things like this, but as you said, the "it's not this, it's that" is very chat-GPT, and it's one of the structures which tell me that it's likely written by/with AI.
The other typical structure is made by three adjective, the third one being a long sentence (for example, I'm making up this: "this album is beautiful, it's funny and it's not something you would expect from them").

But...what about the album itself? I did not buy it but I'm planning on doing it soon.
