Re: What are you listening to?
Were you thinking about "Mole" by Headstone Lane?
Can't find an audio clip of it anywhere

Re: What are you listening to?
Does anyone here know what the name of this track is by The KLF? It was used on a promo video for the white room film they made, but it's not on the white room album

Re: What are you listening to?
Madrugada Eterna (Club Mix)
EDIT: Actually now I listen properly it's slightly different (the bassline is far more 303-y in the promo), so either a demo version or unreleased remix of Madrugada Eterna (the original version being on the album Chill Out)
Re: What are you listening to?
There's an version of the track on their first album, the wonderful Chill Out, which has if I remember rightly no beats, but still the fantastic slide guitar on it, which I've always assumed for years was Steve Hillage (actually it's Graham Lee according to Wikipedia, pop goes that bubble). I guess the single is nigh on impossible to get hold of these days. There's absolutely no way they'd get clearance for the, er, "samples" to rerelease Chill Out in it's original form.
Lovely song though.

Re: What are you listening to?
By the way, anyone know what the story is with the KLF Recovered and Remastered series? Are they bootlegs? No. 4 seems to have the whole of the Space album on it.
Last I'd heard Alex Paterson and Jimmy Cauty were going to "finish" Space, but Jimmy Cauty couldn't find the master tapes.

Re: What are you listening to?
Their album chillout is pretty hard to get hold of these days and very expensive when you do find a copy. I wish i'd bought it several years back when it was in HMV bargins for a fiver. :/
Re: What are you listening to?
Yep, you'll not get much change from £20 to get hold of it now, though there seem to be plenty for sale. I think it cost me about £15 ten years or so ago. The Space album is even harder to get hold of. Chill Out is a fantastic album though in my opinion.

Re: What are you listening to?
Just looked up chillout on Amazon there was only 1 new copy and being sold for 70 pounds, and the used copies for around 20. I'll have to dig around other places see if i can get one cheaper.
