Lots of jazz lately, Miles Davis, John Coltrane & Pharoah Sanders, but more are on the list. My most favorite albums of this period: OST Nico Muhly - The Reader, David Wingo - Take Shelter, Bruce Broughton - Jacknife.

listening thru a lot of classical indian music that i collected earlier in the year.... (stereotype alert!) one downside is it's making me really want to eat a curry, and it's far too early for that!

A classic. Anyone who likes Slowdive or later Talk Talk and hasn't heard this should track it down.
I have one Bark Psychosis album, but it isn't that one.

Or it could be one of the compilations.

Dustsucker and Hex are pretty much unrecognisible in their differences - when the name reappeared in the early 2000s it was a Graham Sutton solo project with guest musicians (one of whom was Lee from Talk Talk, interestingly).

np Family - Music in a Doll's House
Always thought 'In the Summertime of Consciousness' was really trying to be from this album.

Never really got to grips with Dustsucker myself. They're so different as albums though.

Now playing Egdon Heath by Gustav Holst. Some of his lesser known works are unfairly overshadowed by The Planets Suite. This is one. A beautiful evocative piece.
