Terminal Window 3
Re: Terminal Window 3
Pretty much how most online mixing/remixing etc. gets done - the modern equivalent of sending a multi-track tape, really.

Can I submit a track or 2?
do we have a deadline yet?
I have a futuristic dark trip vibe using a sample from THX-1138 in the first one - What We Leave Behind
second one is unfolding its consciousness still... and its title

No deadline just yet (I'm working on a billion other things at the minute). But let's just say people should probably start thinking about where they are making sure things are on their way. We'll set a deadline soon.

Re: Terminal Window 3
Three tracks in for this so far, how does everybody feel about a 31st March deadline?
Re: Terminal Window 3
I think this deadline will work for me.

Re: Terminal Window 3
yeah the more i think about where my fist tune will end up, i must say i wouldn't even call it an "electronic" tune despite everything coming from soft synths
it kind of never was supposed to be anyhoo....just a tune stuck in my head forever that needed to be realized before anything else
methinks that "seedy track #2" will have to be the one i shoot for terminal window 4
can't wait to share it though even if it doesn't appeal to most here
at the very least it's completely original so there's a degree of integrity and hard work that can't be denied

Re: Terminal Window 3
Seedy, I sense that you doubt your track(s)...
It's natural after all that time...
I think you should send the tracks (PM them) to a few people here - and you will get Honest feedback, and at the very least you'll know where you stand
(that's what I'd do...)

You're doin' too much, do less.

Nobody said anything has to be "electronic". I mostly use acoustic instruments and a 4-track these days.
