The CD version of Archive 5 is now in print again. The band name has been changed to allcaps to line up with the other early volumes (but the title has been changed similarly, making it out line with the others again).

I don't think there's much of a system other than Brian realising something's been out of print for a while, or getting a noticeable number of requests for a new run. I'd imagine money and logistics only allow for it a couple of times a year, but it would be a fairly simple task to get some more made.
