I think most of the album was previewed by clips on YouTube, and yeah, the Juno ones too. I've actually kind of ruined 3 and 4 by knowing what every track sounding like by listening to the clips, so this time I'm listening to no more than a couple.

I wouldn't want to hear too much and spoil it either... but at the same time, I am dying to hear something from it

Yeah, it's kind of hard to resist. But it really spoils it all, when not listened for the first time with good headphones and full concentration but in 30 seconds bits of 64 kbit quality. Had that too with Env3, think I'll try it this time to resist...

This'll be the first FSOL release since I started listening to them :)

Can't wait for this. To say it's anticipated is an understatement.

For me I think it was Far Out Son Of Lung and the Ramblings of a Madman, which the local Our Price only had on cassette single. If anything the anticipation has only ever grown...

Are they teasin' us?

Very Blackhill-Transmitter-like, hm?

Yep, on holiday with variable signal on my phone. I can only imagine what it sounds like.

Managed a sneaky listen! Short but definitely enough to get me excited!

I kinda hope it isn't much like Blackhill Transmitter - although I like those EPs, they don't mix in as much "melody" (for want of a better word) as FSOL usually do.

Probable titles then: At the Point of Departure; The Final Inner Breath

Obviously it's just a teaser rather than a proper preview, so I imagine those are probably just between-track sounds. Those titles / phrases and the sounds are suggesting it's going to be a bit darker / more dramatic than 4.

Yeah, I have somehow the feeling too, that´s gonna be a darker one than Env4.
There´s something quite 'cinematic' about that trailer, it´s awesome, wish it would be longer...

The crunchy noise from 5 seconds in sounds like a distored version of the segue between Herd Killing and Dead Cities
