If it's anything like the last two bonus releases it'll come through at some point today.

Yup, got the email now. I'll have to wait till I get home to download it now though. At least that will be some consolation in case the actual album doesn't get delivered (I hope it won't need signing for...)

Side note: I'd planned to listen to Environment Five and the new Amplifier album tonight - both released today. But Amazon Prime has already let me down by only dispatching the Amplifier album this morning for delivery to me tomorrow :(

with you there on hereafter. One of the best tracks fsol have done in a long time..Wonder why it didnt make the full album?

just given the main album a run through and not really sure what to make of it.

dark and lonely waters is really nice but too short
somatosensory is brilliant and brutal
machines of the subconscious is just very nice fsol but too short lol
moments of isolation is probably my favourite track on here

it seems to be split into two halves, the light side and the dark side

Im all for the darkside

Off to go and digest it some more

I´ve preodered last week, but still no sign of any bonus-ep download email today... guess I´ll have to wait...

The album´s still fuckin´great. That euphoric sadness vibe really fits the indian-summer/early autumn weather that´s going on at the moment around here. Perfect listen for bicycling around in the city and country side.

The three track EP was in the Environment Five zip file for me.

Just finished to listening to both. E5 definitely has some of the best standout tracks in the Environment/s series. Not sure it flows as well together as 4 though. I think it's a harder listen initially (in terms of wrapping your head around it) than E2/E4, but at the same time, I love the diversity that's in there.

Time for a replay.

Have to say In Solitude We Are Least Alone is probably my favourite track. Love how it progresses and changes from just before the halfway mark. It goes crazy.

Somatosensory is probably my second fave. The beat's fantastic - great how it's just there rumbling in the background ready to flash in when it really matters.

If I didn't know any better, I'd seriously think Electric Brain Storm (first track on the bonus EP) was made by Autechre!

edit: woops, Electric, not Electronic

Hehe. It's like We Have Explosive had a bastard child and hid it in the attic.

I got the album this morning, but am trying to hold off on listening to it until I get off work. Fortunately (sort of) I missed Terminal Radio 19 & 20, so I'm getting my kicks listening to them until I can get to my headphones and a quiet space.

Does anyone know if the EP is only available in mp3? I purchased the CD and my download link for the EP was for mp3.

Only mp3 has been the norm for the bonus EPs.
