Hmmm.

Apparently the artwork is still being completed, so it looks like August might still be a bit premature, given that we've had a relatively long lead time on the previous couple of albums. Not entirely sure how legit nanio-tine's info is once more.

Assuming it doesn't already exist, they should rename one of the songs "Loft Insulation" just for the sheer hell of it. Even better, a single: Loft Insulation Paths 1-5.

Maybe that's what the hold up is: Poor Buggy is still scratching his head trying to make some energy saving roll look cool and dynamic.

Seriously though, I hope the camera setup in the pics means they're doing something visual to accompany the album. There's a definite lack of visual material from the boys on fsoldigital. What we have seen on youtube and vimeo proves they're more than capable of it.

I'd say the camera setup either means they're doing a promo video / series OR they're going to broadcast some sort of live transmission. Both please!

Environments 6 eh? I wonder if they make it into double figures?! PLUS an EMS album. (Ferrero Rocher style) With this music they are really spoiling us!

Yeah, it's really a problem for us collectors with mild (?!?) OCD cases

As we've seen multiple examples (EBS, archive tracks, providing album names instead of tracks for mixes) - FSOL are not big on nitpicking these stuff... Seems like they're just interested in how the sound structures tickles them

Arbitrary pluralising / unpluralising seems to be a thing they do - I reckon the album will still say Environments 5, though. Buggy's doing the artwork, after all...

A couple of Facebook snippets from Gaz - first off, Environments 5 is apparently Brian's favourite Environments record so far, secondly someone said they hope there's a new release in the next few months, and Gaz's response was: "too many you'll be complaining !"
