Suggests to be something collaborative rather than a remix. It was mentioned several years ago that they'd been working together...

I did wonder, they posted that link on twitter too without explanation, but wouldn't be prompted for further info. Allow me to throw the first punch in the Weller bashing contest, he's a denim clad berk, but seemingly less of one than his mate Noel...

I have time for Weller.. Like some of the stuff he's made over the years.. I have way less time for his monkey faced fuck knuckle mate Gallagher however. He isn't fit to lick the boots of Brian and gaz. This snippet sounds good though.

No interest in him after the first Jam album, but I'm sure this will produce interesting results whatever it turns out to be.

What baffles me about this is there were some rumours about collaborating with Weller a few years back, then it all went quiet, as though it just wasn't working. Suddenly seemingly it's back on. I guess we're not privy to the goings on, maybe it was just a long time coming. I'll need to give that another listen before giving an opinion.

I'm not fussed about the White Sky track, nothing wrong with it, just not for me, but the open high hat sounds just like one from the Alesis HR16B which disappoints me for some reason.

I think the Weller collab stuff was probably done around the time / after he was finishing up his last record, so it's only dropping now he has a new album out.

Only thing that seems a bit weird is that Weller hasn't actually said anything about any AA collaboration today whilst announcing the album, even though he mentioned several other artists that he's worked with.

Really like this! Love the intro it sounds like an orchestra warming up and then BOOM in with wellers vocals. Yeah the Chaps have done it again. I hope Noel likes it. Listened to the Dj food mix of the amorphous facebook page the other evening with my third ear. I have to say enjoyed it,nice to see The Temples mixed in there. Would love to hear an Amorphous mix of one of there tunes.
