Music comes first and foremost of course, but all these ideas are incredible...

I been thinking about a short YouTube ad we could do for Terminal Radio, filled with Herd's and others animations. Maybe Buggy too if we can! :D

A very space-ish mix there Akkya! Loving the name! :D An interesting tracklist too.

I think I know what you mean about the ending, send me the alternate version as well and I'll see which one fits better.

Cheers man, I think this one will fit abit better than the first version, either though it ended on a FSOL remix, it was the type of remix made it abit out of place with the rest of the mix.

One more mix to go and then I'll get to mixing this beast! There is alot more concentrated amounts of FSOL in the mix this time (mostly from two of the mixes) but all in all follows a similar path from the first volume.

If we were to do a audio/visual aka movie version of Terminal Radio, we should pick which volume to base it off. Or we can dedicate a future volume to the movie idea. I'll be doing abit of looking around into this idea after I finish with volume 2.

Mine is in progress, Im working on it and everything is going according to plan. I would like to make the most of the time available until the deadline, Im last in the line as always :) so thanks for the patience, I really hope the final result is worth my efforts. I hope its fine with you guys and with you especially Loose, since you are making the final Terminal mix.

Ive made various titles for the mix, so the most suitable one will come with the mix, when it is finished and submitted for Transmission 2, cant wait...

Yeah, definitely, having Terminal 2 as a Christmas present would be great. I normally will have finished before the deadline, which is December 20th, really pushing myself here and staying sleepless again, as my tracks were in awful state and I have been re-mixing them for Terminal. But the mix is coming out nice, and I really hope the community enjoys my work. Been thinking about nothing these last days but the moment of submission ...

Ok I have all the mixes now, I'm blown away by the quality of some of these! Really beautiful in parts, this will go in so many different directions and have a few themes going! I think adding names to the mixes has given this volume abit more character. Its going to be a joy to listen to this back to back as I put this together over the next couple days. This one is set to be abit more epic than the first, there's a larger amount of songs mixed together this time.

I would say look out for this very soon, but I haven't received the cover yet from Herd, so I can't release this until I have that. It is a busy time of year for everyone anyway, myself included, so this should of been expected :)

Free drinks for everyone! :D

Right guys, here is volume 2! :

http://www.mixcloud.com/TerminalRadio/t ... mission-2/

Complete now with an intro and outro, plus radio plugs throughout by American radio personality Asia Ludlow! These will be expanded upon in the next volume.

The volume starts off with a track from Daniel Pemberton's Space Dive before we get into Nmesh's section. An idea I've had and testing out here: when there's a new release on FSOLDigital we'll play a track from it/them and plug it on Terminal. Wasn't quite sure where to put it, or when there's another cascade of releases in the future if tracks from them should be spread throughout. I think this would be a nice service to BDog/Gaz, tell me guys if this is cool or not, and we'll change back to normal next time.

Here be the description and tracklist:

We take a second deeper dive into the unknown starting off with a track by Daniel Pemberton's Space Dive, new from FSOLDigital.com, when Nmesh continues to cut up your mind with his brand of Psychic Surgery, cubus follows with the first part of his Lovely New Thing, we are then joined by Mischaphex with an updated and reconfigured mix of his excellent FSOL tribute EP, Akkya previews new material and slides us through 26,000 cycles, replicant Noisesurfer escapes retirement and shows us his hideout within the Dead Cities, then joins the Clockwork Keyboard trio for 15 minutes of Mars gazing, Sven Meyer channels his native Tangerine dream sensibilities with his Ambient Orgy, and finally as the sun sets over Thermaikos, Greece we're given another nice 15 minute lullaby by Five Minutes Alone.
