Luke Howard - Sun, Cloud
this one i would line up next to the deaf center album
kinda sleepy
Bai Tian & Kryzstof Orluk - Structure Of
too much noise and not enough melody for my taste
Yagya - Rigning
ok this one out of the whole list from that post i would rank 2nd behind the Secede album.
all said as i move to the next link i would say that the Secede album impressed and I'll be looking to hear more
thanks ross!
OK now i just listened to that Nils Petter Molvaer gig
cool stuff! reminds me of Jon Hassell a bit

I have a feeling you'll like Secede's other records too, surprised you're not familiar with him already.
Man, you come out with some of the most leftfield opinions though! Has anyone ever said anything good about Saw Delight before now?

Honestly, I can't remember ever reading / hearing anything after Soon Over Babaluma described as anything better than "has a couple of ok tracks"
I'm slowly beginning to understand your taste, though. Going to give up recommending modern classical / ambient thing as it's not your bag... might try and see if I can find stuff that's up your street though.
Seedy - Seems like you'd probably be a fan of Woob:

haha ross you've given me many good recs over the years
orbital might be tops thus far though
mcbpete - oh yes love both of those and good links to have in this thread!
zero doubt i learned of woob from this site and thinking back it might have very well been you to sparked me to take that venture long ago

i'm just going to have to post this one again as i'm sure it got no clicks
you very well may not like it much on one listen - but just think about how unique the production and composition is. this one surely had to grow on me before becoming some of my favorite tunes ever
please give this a spin when you have an hour or so to let it ride

I just took Spacelines off my CD shelf and put it next to my CD player for giving it a first listen this weekend! (I've owned the CD for maybe a year or something) - I think we have some kind of mind link!
