"@HERD - great art as always on these transmissions - really my kind of art - cheers" - cheers mate, I'm sure we'll work on something together again in the future.

"I'm still amazed that with no internal discussion we don't seem to have duplicate tracks in our mixes" - that was one of my initial concerns about the project but it doesn't seem to be a problem.

"and the cover is mindblowing" - cheers dub, Im trying to do something original each time which is different to all the previous covers, influenced by the FSOL ones but without copying them.

I dont know if you guys have named your mixes as we have done before, i worked mine based on a concept and my mix is named "The Road To Ithaca", please fix this somebody in the tracklist if you can. And the first 6 chapters of the transmission would be useful too I think.

Pete, the sample is Christian Bale and Jennifer Jason Leigh from "The Machinist". Very creepy movie.
Hey guys sorry so late on the ad - I've got a crazy amount of stuff going on the past couple days, which you'll surely find out about soon. :). I'll do a fair amount of promoting TR5 tomorrow. Can't wait to hear it.

Hey all, sorry for the "not as instant as usual" reply :) Last day at work for me yesterday so was drinking a fair bit with workmates. I'm pretty impressed with myself to be able to post something onto Mixcloud while being drunk after midnight, though that was all I could manage :D I'm glad you guys liked this month's mix, a very fun show to put together.

Yeah, about Fnoob... they've been updating their servers and getting ready to re-vamp their website, to make it look more like Soundcloud by the looks of things. I submitted TR5 on time to their servers, but they said they didn't receive it.. they then told me that they changed the ftp details, and this is after I read that was to remain the same... so it's all come down to bad communication... apologies all, I was hoping this would of been done better than the previous show, but its just left people disappointed.

Of course that doesn't mean there won't be a show this month as you all see :) Hopefully Fnoob will come right again next time, if not.. well...

Now the mix is looking good, and Terminal 5 received some more feedback from Alan Dougans on my facebook, glad to know people like this show :) My soundcloud link is not of any importance really, but those interested can find it here on the Five Minutes Alone thread. Excursions into composing ambient music over these last 3 years gave me some interesting results and made me more focused and determined, so this year more music might be coming out under another alias with a different electronica style and face this time. Chosen tracks from the archive will be reworked/reconstructed and any updates will go to the existing thread.

I think the tracklist may be wrong as the Merganser mix doesn't follow the Malty Media one, I think cubus comes between. Otherwise another fantastic mix, possibly the best yet.
