Some kind of an IDM-"renaissance" over here these days with me rediscovering ae, boc, and now Mr. Paradinas. This one is surprisingly good. I was a huge Ziq-fan ca. 10 years ago, then lost it a bit, "Duntisbourne..." was not so much mine, a strange, uneasy feeling record. But this one really brings it back, pure euphoric crystal clear synth heaven with the usual weirdness thrown in here and there but overall a lot more fun listen than the last one. "Weakling Paradinas" is just ecstasy.

I sat down to watch him live at the Glade festival around the time of Bilious Paths.To this day I'm still not sure what was real and what wasn't in that tent.

While listening to Beastie Boys - Sure Shot, I had to go back in time once again and play the original thing, Jeremy Steig ‎– Legwork 1969, next Jeremy Steig & Eddie Gomez ‎– Outlaws 1976, George Benson - Breezin' 1976.

Environments 2 and Substrata, in the hope of fooling my body into thinking it's not so fucking hot.

Right now, a track I'm working on and learning a new DAW/gear and blowing up my speakers and waking up the neighbors

These days while wandering about downtown and the shore, been listening to FSOL interviews, E2, E3, E4 & demos/sketches of my new works. I realize once again that I cant get away from writing depressive and melancholic music, but Im quite surprised as its probably the first time I hear some tracks written in major key, somehow works as a contrast to other pieces and gives a sense of hope.

Jeremy Steig & Eddie Gomez ‎– Music for Flute & Double-Bass 1979, what an amazing album, Jeremy Steig is growing on me as his music is the best jazz Ive ever heard on flute, and its my favorite combination - jazz on flute, pure bliss. His albums with Eddie Gomez ‎who plays double bass and makes an incredible blend of jazz, funk, baroque, classical and I dont know what else, are now among my favorite listenings.

have had this CD for ages now, since it was released actually, there are some great songs on this album. Sm. Pumpkins used to be such a great band, what it has become now is not Pumpkins for me, but a desperate attempt by Billy Corgan to go back to the days of glory, well it doesnt work like that.
