I didn't said that it is remastered - I know for a fact it isn't.

I'm saying that the vinyl pressing process is a complex one and has many factors - and that it's probably better today then it was in 1994 - resulting in a better sounding vinyl release.

To be honest i´m happy with my old but great conservate Lifeforms LP from 90´s,I only see an about Virgin Records works something for new people corner and refresh catalog but i was really looking for a best reprint thing, extra LP with outtakes, unreleased etc, ( Oh, if they had taken the opportunity to publish that never finished EP - Eggshell ) anyway as Pande says to try explore and compares about both sound testing, ah and for get that fsoldigital sticker plugged on the wrap...

Given how expensive the original pressing was on Discogs, it's a good thing that it's been reissued. Seems like it's selling well so hopefully this will help the label see how much interest there is in the band and make them more open to doing proper expanded reissues.

Was the original pressing 180g too? If not maybe that explains the difference in sound quality ...

I bought the album from Bleep and enjoyed it. But the download code does not work with Bleep, and FSOL.digital referred me to Virgin Records now run by Capitol and nothing is there for downloading. Any Help on this? THanks.

Thanks for the details...an update...I first found a small sized picture of the album cover with printed download and number....but I found out that there was another download sheet inside and was guided to the the sound of vinyl website...and it worked! Such a bizarre thing to find two separate download sheets...now enjoying the album everywhere, including at work!
