Try emailing graham @ frdm . co . uk if you've not heard back through Bandcamp, he's their manager and should hopefully be able to deal with it.

The annoying thing is, according to the details on Bandcamp, I'm fairly certain that the merch is sent from a place that is no more than 10/15 mins down the road from me. I could have walked down there & picked it up.
